The Metergy Series Includes 3 Courses: 1) Exploring the Yoga of Energy 2) Introduction to Meditation in Motion 3) Exploring the Yogic Scriptures I understand that by registering for this special deal: 1) This course is non-refundable once purchased and that I have one year to complete all three courses 2) I may be participating in yoga, meditation, breathwork, Ayurvedic practices and/or other methods of movement, bodywork and cleansing offered that may involves physical exertion and diet which has the potential to cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the hazards involved. 3) I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, that I may incur as a result of participating in the sessions. 4) I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Healing Elements, Heather Arena and its officers, teachers and agents for any injury caused by their negligence or other acts.
