It is based on the ancient eastern teachings of yoga with its roots in meditation, energy (Prana), and knowledge. This program is designed to help you relax deeply into your bodily experience which leads to a meditative state. You will be guided to remain anchored in meditation while in motion engaging in yoga postures and breathing techniques. As you practice you learn to take yoga off the mat with you and effortlessly live your life as a Meditation in Motion following your body's natural intuitive wisdom where you learn to respond to life's circumstances appropriately instead of reacting fearfully.
As you learn these skills for yourself you will be empowered to offer them to your clients!
