Using Ayurvedic analysis, your constitution will first be determined and then recommendations such as daily routines, lifestyle modifications, including diet, herbs, exercise (yoga), body therapy, breath and meditation will be made.

Cancellation Policy

Please inform us as soon as possible that you need to cancel/reschedule. This gives others an opportunity to receive your time. All appointments are non-refundable once purchased but you may reschedule. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time there is a $35 cancellation fee.
