Cancellation Policy

Please inform us as soon as possible that you need to cancel/reschedule. This gives others an opportunity to receive your time. All appointments are non-refundable once purchased but you may reschedule. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time there is a $35 cancellation fee. You may reschedule your appointment by logging into your account at Healing Elements and clicking "My Bookings".
