April showers might bring May flowers, but what about those days when the weather (and maybe even your mood) feels a little dark and gloomy?


Here in Michigan, we know that feeling all too well! ☔️ And personally, I have contended with depression my whole life which is exasberated on those dark and gloomy day.


But here's the secret I have learned: Your inner light doesn't have to wait for sunshine to shine! In fact, cultivating that inner radiance is even more important when things seem dark around you. ✨


Then, when the world seems a little dim, your inner radiance will guide you through challenging times and light the way forward.
