This guided meditation isn't just about relaxation and stress relief, though it certainly offers those benefits. It's about remembering the radiance that already shines within you. It's about creating a safe space to explore your inner landscape and reconnect with your authentic self.

Why I created this practice:

In these times of uncertainty, I've seen so many beautiful souls struggling to find their light. They feel lost, overwhelmed, and disconnected from their true selves. This practice is my answer to that yearning, a gentle nudge to remind you of the light that's always been there, waiting to be rediscovered.

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep," is a state of meditation. Current Yoga Nidra practices use mindfulness techniques, which lead to profound relaxation and inner awareness. Unlike traditional meditation practices where you strive for focus, Yoga Nidra invites you to systematically relax your body and mind, gently guiding your attention through different parts of your being.
